These General Conditions of Use and Contracting (hereinafter, "the General Conditions") govern the access and use of the website accessible through the domain name www.guerraysociedad3.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, "the Website"), as well as the contracting and payment of services through it. Simple access to the Website grants the person doing so the status of User of the Website (hereinafter, "the User") and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. If the User does not agree with these General Conditions, they must immediately leave the Website without using it.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User declares:

The language in which the user can formalize the contract is Spanish. The procedure for purchasing products through the Website is as follows:
1. From the event's website, the User must enter their name, surname, ID number, province, phone number, and an email address, select the registration mode, and any other information that may be requested to properly manage the registration.
2. To finalize, the user must accept the contracting conditions by checking a box and clicking the "Accept" button.
3. Next, the payment will be made through a secure payment gateway with CaixaBank. The User must provide additional data related to the purchase card and confirm the purchase by clicking the "Finalize" button. The User will receive, at the provided email address, an email confirming the successful completion of the purchase process with information about the event for which registrations have been purchased, as well as a registration reference number. This reference number uniquely identifies the purchase made through the Website and is the way CSM staff can identify your purchase if you need to make any inquiries. CSM will keep an electronic proof of the contracting made by the User and will be available to them upon request.
The payment method offered on the website is: CaixaBank virtual POS.
When the User forgets to complete any data marked as mandatory with a red asterisk, they will not be able to advance in the contracting or validation process until they have completed it. An on-screen message will notify them of this.
CSM does not send registrations/reservations by postal service. The receipt of the same will be made only to the email address we will send after payment confirmation.
The prices indicated for each service include, unless expressly indicated otherwise, Value Added Tax (VAT) and, in any case, are expressed in Euros (€).
The applicable VAT for congress registration will be 21%.
There are no shipping costs for registration fees.
The User must ensure the accuracy and suitability of the data entered before processing the purchase, as it is not possible to return tickets purchased for shows or events with show conditions once the purchase has been made. Inability to attend or making a mistake in registration are not reasons that allow for a return. Entries may be canceled for possible technical or operational issues attributable to CSM. In this regard, the User cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution provided for in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, as the exercise of the same is excluded.
Cancellations of registration as congress attendees must be requested in writing and will be refunded after the congress, as follows:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Congress start date: no penalty, 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the Congress start date: 100% penalty.
Notwithstanding the above, when the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly, using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the cancellation of the charge to CSM, provided that a prior report of these facts is accredited. The refund of the amount will be made through a written claim, to which the documents (report) accrediting the loss or theft of the card used for payment must be attached.
The User can direct their complaints, claims, or information requests to the CSM Customer Service, using any of the following methods:

2. Calling the phone number 954905047, from Monday to Friday (from10:00h a 14:00h).
CSM will respond to the claims received as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month from the filing of the claim.
CSM will provide the User with an identifying key and/or a receipt by email, so that they have proof of their complaint or claim.
CSM has official complaint/claim/denunciation forms, which the User can request from Customer Service.
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, the General Conditions remaining in all other respects, considering such provision totally or partially as not included.
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Among others, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
In case of litigation between CSM and the User, the latter may bring their action before the Spanish courts corresponding to CSM's domicile, or before the courts of the place where the User is domiciled.
